The drawers seemed a bit flimsy but assumed that it would be fit for purpose. Customer Services were unavailable so I sent an email asking where my order was. Payment was taken the following day on 23rd of July. When I opened the item both the duvet cover and pillow cases not only had physical damage to them but the duvet cover also had stains on. I was talking to a member of staff about a problem and line went dead - I called back to find out rrom a colleague she had already worked beyond her shift and had gone home.
